I shoot most all of my photos with my Canon 50D or aging Rebel XT along with my 28-135mm IS USM and 70-200mm f/2.8 L USM lenses. For wide-angle, I have the XT's 18-55mm kit lens.

It was funny, Andrea, because Dad just told me that he thought my picture here needed more DOF... He said I should take my own advice! ;) (referring to the comment I left on your blog about the fall bush.)

That's so true! Photography is extremely variable, and what may look right to one person is completely wrong to another's point of view. I think the real challenge lies in envisioning yourself what you want the finished product to look like, and then taking the picture accordingly. If only it was as easy as blinking your eyes and automatically getting the result you're picturing!
