lol So when are you getting it? ;)
By Emily Mitton, at 5:51 PM
Wow, that was the EXACT same question I was going to ask... I hear that computer freaks are making a lot of moola these days. :D j/k
By Becc@, at 8:09 PM
Uh... I'd love to say that I am getting it as soon as it hits the shelves, but I just cannot justify that kind of money for a *camera.* I find it hard enough to justify the sub-grand camera/lens combo that I own. I mean, really, people are starving in other countries, and here I am, looking at a camera that costs exactly 4.5 times what I paid for my car... Just does not make sense.
And who told you that computer freaks are making lots of moola??? Must not have been a computer freak! :) At my last computer job, my salary actually averaged somewhere around the same amount that I earned working at the dairy farm part-time, if you can believe that.

Weeeell, I certainly have my ways... I mean it's like, no one has moola these days execpt for the computer freaks. Just look around at who buys the nicest camera's, and best lens's, ect. LOL
Wow, they paid you a lot at that farm job. Are you sure you weren't ripping that poor farmer off? But then, farming *isn't* the greatest (smelling) jobs avaible so that's prolly the only way he could get someone. (and you fell for it)

Canon bad. Nikon good!

@Becc@:
Well, you need to introduce me to those computer freaks then! ;)
@Goldfish:
Huh? :)

Looks like the number of pros using both brands are about equal, though Nikon *is,* I will admit, coming back out into more popular usage. Canon was by FAR the most used a few years back.

Back to your earlier comment about remembering people that are starving while trying to *justify* buying a whopper of a camera... that really is something to think about. We have been studying about the Macedonian churches and how they gave when they had nothing to give-- they were in need, yet they gave their own necessities. It's like having two boxes of cereal, and instead of giving the extra one and keeping the other for your family, giving both boxes and ripping out the cupboard just in case they needed that, too!
To whom much is given, much is required! The Lord blesses a cheerful giver, however-- and time and time again I've heard of how those who held everything with an absolute open hand were those who had their cups overflowing.
God bless, Ry!

Shake hands with yourself. :D j/k
Does the no-answer-to-my-email mean you *don't* know how to transfer photos from itunes to windows/mp3? If so, that's fine... just wondering. :)
By Becc@, at 2:24 PM
opps. I meant MUSIC not photos.
The last bit of my mind that I had I think I lost. Pretty normal for me. :P
By Becc@, at 2:26 PM
Amen, Em! I have thought long and hard on this, and time and time again have realized how utterly selfish that I am. God has given me so much, and yet so many times I am stingy toward others in need. Somehow I seem to think I am a better manager of God's resources or something absurd like that. "Freely ye have received, freely give..." God's blessings to you too!
No, Becc@, I just forgot that email... Sorry. And in direct answer to your question, no, you cannot directly transfer music from iTunes to your generic MP3 player. In order for iTunes to sync, it has to be an iPod. I'll write more on how to do it a little later in an actual email. :)

Wouldn't that be awesome to be taking pictures at the Olympics?! If I had the chance, I might allow myself to be there with a Canon.
